Yesterday we had a very cute couple for a shooting. In just a few weeks they will be happy and proud parents. You can not let such important period in your life pass by without some nice photos. I am happy that they chose our studio for this shooting. Both were so easy to work with and we got a lot of very nice pictures. Thankfully I got the permission to share a few with all of you.

2 days of workshops with the living legends of Locking, Toni Gogo (JP), Greg Campbellock Jr (USA) and Suga Pop (USA) organized by Jo-Dance in Movement. Funky beats were provided by DJ Batsu & DJ Jelly. Took a ton of pictures so will need some time to sort them out but for those who can’t wait… after the click you will find a first small collection! My lovely daughter Anastasia finally got me to colour her hair. She was choosing the shade. Who would be surprised that she picked up the most shouting one. Of course we had to buy a new dress to match her new colour too. She is absolutelly happy and I am ordering my second Kalashnikov. Deep sigh.
Today I had my first designing evening in our new V-studio. Two of my girls are thinking about getting new dance dresses. So we met to draw some ideas and look through the fabrics samples. As always I got caught by some inspiration and created 2 designs on the flow. But that was not all. We started discussing the dresses for our new formation show and then the idea for the dress stroke me. So I ended up with creating 3 designs in 1 evening. I can not wait starting working on those nice dresses. Girls were very excited too.
We had an assignment in München on Thursday. Drove 800 km to shoot one stand at Electronica 2008. We will post a few shots later.
When we came home dead tired a huge box was waiting for us. Inside of the box there was EX 50 1,4 aaaaaaaaaand my dream lens EX 120–300 2,8. Tiredness disappeared immediately. I couldn’t resist testing them. Lucky us having a studio, he he he. Both lenses are amazing! So sharp and with soooo great and smooth bokeh. I can not wait trying them both a bit more. May be later today.
We would like to thank everybody who had their cameras in hands during our opening party. We are so happy to get such a great reportage about the evening. I know there are quite some shots in this gallery but I already cut a half off and it was way too hard to do.
The openings party was great yesterday! We had over 100 people during the afternoon and evening. We have to clean up a little now so the complete story will have to wait till later. But here is the first shot that marked the official opening! Made by Pommi who helped us so much the last few weeks.
