Slowly but surely we are approaching the date (pssst, keep november 8th free in your agenda) that we can open the studio to the public. It is always a little bit more work than you hope for from the beginning but it is fun to see it evolve. During the work some things change. We now have a little bit more color than originally planned
The corridor is colored very refreshing and we got some very nice big green plants for loan. It makes the whole thing immediately more alive. With the pictures below you can get a bit of the feel of the studio. I will not yet show all though as I hope you will all come to see it with your own eyes on november 8th!

Today I picked up my new part of identity. I am still looking surprised when I pass the mirror and am feeling a bit dizzy. Hope I will get used to them soon.

Yes, it is already so far that I had to order glasses for me. Otherwise I am quite a danger while driving in the dark.
We were walking through the city and decided just to have my eyes checked. We ended up trying next to everything what was available in the shop. I didn’t plan to order them but at the end I picked up one of the most expensive ones and had my order printed.

Starting from Friday October 3rd several World Championships in Ballroom and Latin American dances as well as the German Championships took place in one of the most beautiful halls of Germany. The Rosengarten Hall in Mannheim was full of dancers from all over the world, including Peter and Maria who participated in the World Championships in Latin on Friday.

They danced very good and reached the 15th place out of 24 couples. They looked stunning on the floor in their new outfit. I put nearly 10.000 Swarovski rhinestones onto Maria’s dress and accessories. You couldn’t miss her on the floor. Peter, in his matching outfit, was looking very strong and masculine. We took a few details shots of the dress and will make a special shooting to show the complete dress in its full glamour. I decided to name this dress “Black Caviar”. It is as luxury and seldom as the real caviar.
But Saturday was the most important day for us. We were going for gold. Peter and Maria had a chance to become German champions. I am happy and proud to say that they didn’t miss this chance. The golden medals matched perfectly with the gold-silver dress. It was just meant to be worn by a champion.
Congratulations Peter and Maria!
More of my students spent the 3 days competing for German Champion titles in different dance styles. But that is a topic for another article.
